Excellent company with superb range of building services. We had lots of work done including plastering, flooring, tiling, electrical, plumbing as well as painting and decorating. We have used MS Interiors And Building for each of our four bathrooms. All were installed is to a high standard. We had our downstairs lavatory extended to accommodate a shower and wash hand basin. The lavatory was changed, front porch extended with a pitch roof fitted. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the result of the work that Martin and his men produced. Nothing was too much trouble, it sounds only a minor matter but when people work with a cheerful attitude it makes sharing a house much easier! Martin himself is rather a rarity amongst builders, he actually consulted us about the work, where we wanted units put etc. Extremely pleased with all the work. An excellent job at a reasonable price.

It was a first for the builder to turn up on the day promised and then everyday for the 2 weeks arrive each morning at 8am and after a short site meeting just got on with the job in hand. All of Martin’s team were polite and happy, every day they worked non stop till 4:30 and then cleaned up after them. The kitchen was from Wren and a few issues were supplied by them, but I have to say Martin and the team smiled and took the actions to ensure we had a fantastic job done and did not get to stressed out with the suppliers issues. I can not give enough praise to the team, the job looks amazing.

Communication in the run up to the start date was excellent. Swift responses to emails, happy to discuss additional work and lastly agreed a price. The work started promptly with Martin giving daily updates and sending pictures of any progress whilst at work. As ideas changed and options were considered Martin was very flexible, often advising wisely between myself and additional contractors. His team were always prompt, courteous and hard working. They finished on time and at the agreed price. The efforts of him and his team were pivotal of our new downstairs conversion and we love it!
